Home of the fuzzy puppy....
Jan,  Brekka owner writes:
Brekka has a love of people, since she has been 6 weeks old she has been traveling with me to showsand has met many different people in many different situations. She has a calm outgoing personality, with a desire to please.

Last year I took her to the county fair and we were walking through the live stock and she never once shy away or barked at anything.  As we were winding our way through the people that were there to eat at the Lions BBQ a mentally challenged older lady broke away from her care taker and threw her self on Brekka crying and yelling "my puppy".  She had her arms around Brekka's neck and was hanging on so tight I was afraid that Brekka would try to break away and hurt the lady or herself. Instead she braced her four feet and waited while her caretaker and another man pried the lady off her. She never moved a muscle until the caretaker had the woman in her arms. Brekka nuzzled her leg and moved on. The fairboard President happened to be the man helping get Brekka loose, all he could do was compliment Brek on the outstanding calmness she showed.

She is not dog aggressive while we are out in public, but she does protect her yard and home and me. She is the first dog I have had that I can call her off on a run. She is devoted to my 5 grandchildren, ages 4 thur 16. She runs agility for me or my grandaughter and is almost ready to show for a CDX. I track her and her nose is amazing. She loves tracking. I think she is amazing and her pups will be just as special.
